Terms of Service

By accessing drawingforkids.fun or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Creative tools are intended for children under adult supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising use, accounts created for children, and all purchases. You represent that you are at least 18 years old when creating an account or completing a purchase.

Free coloring pages and the drawing studio are for personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights in original artwork you create. By saving artwork you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you and, if you choose “print on product”, to transmit it to our fulfilment partner solely to fulfil your order.

Descriptions, prices (INR unless stated otherwise) and availability are shown on the store. We may correct errors and refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing mistakes, suspected fraud or stock issues. Custom products require size selection and artwork before checkout.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. We do not store full card numbers. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Platform design, logos, line-art templates and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit free coloring pages or templates without written permission.

• Unlawful content or harassment;
• Attempts to reverse-engineer the service;
• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from the Platform or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
