Who we are
DrawingForKids.fun sells art kits, print-on-demand merchandise (including custom t-shirts, mugs and apparel printed with your child’s artwork) and related products through our online store. This policy explains how and when orders are delivered within India.
Serviceable areas
We ship to serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners. At checkout we validate your pin code. If a location is not serviceable you will be notified before payment is collected.
Processing time
Standard products
Processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Custom / print-on-demand
Typical production 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once production starts, these items cannot be cancelled (Cancellation Policy).

Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination pin code and are shown clearly before you pay. Free shipping promotions may apply above a stated order value.
Order tracking
Once dispatched you receive email / SMS with the courier name and tracking number. You can also track from your account under “Orders” or contact support with your order number.
Failed delivery & re-attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate. If the parcel is returned as undelivered, we will contact you. Re-shipping may attract additional charges.
