DrawingForKids.fun is a children’s creativity website offering free drawing and coloring tools, learning content and an online store. We protect the privacy of parents, guardians and children in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable).

• Account data — name, email, phone number, password hash when you register.
• Child profile data — optional first name or nickname and age range, provided by a parent/guardian.
• Artwork — drawings and colored pages you create or upload.
• Order & payment data — shipping address, order history. Card / UPI details are processed by Cashfree and are not stored on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies for security and analytics.

• To provide drawing, coloring and store services;
• To process orders, payments, shipping and support;
• To improve the Platform and prevent fraud/abuse;
• Transactional emails; marketing only with consent;
• To comply with legal obligations.

The Platform is designed for use under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, correct or delete a child’s profile and artwork via support or account settings. We do not sell children’s data.

We share data only with:

• Payment processor (Cashfree) to complete transactions;
• Logistics partners to deliver physical orders;
• Cloud hosting and email providers under confidentiality agreements;
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.

Account and order data are retained while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Artwork may be deleted by you at any time. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and access controls.
