Color Mixing
Discover what happens when colors meet!
Intermediate1. Red + Yellow = Orange
Mix red and yellow to get orange — perfect for sunsets and pumpkins.
2. Blue + Yellow = Green
Blue and yellow make green — great for grass, leaves, and frogs.
3. Red + Blue = Purple
Red and blue make purple — magical for unicorns and flowers.
4. Adding white or black
White makes colors lighter (tints). A tiny bit of black makes them darker (shades).

Tip: Mix a little at a time — you can always add more color, but you can't take it away easily.
